OFFICIAL RULES

Stock Your Summer Bar Raffle

This raffle is conducted by Screamin’ Demons Sports Group, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Pandora, Ohio. All proceeds support youth programming, equipment, and facility development.

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • Participants must be 21 years of age or older to win the alcohol portion of the prize.
  • Raffle is open to residents of the United States where permitted by law.
  • Members of Screamin’ Demons Sports Group Board of Directors and their immediate household members are eligible to participate.

2. PRIZES

1st Prize

  • Igloo Latitude 90 Quart Rolling Cooler
  • (10) Bottles of assorted alcohol (selection may vary)

2nd Prize

  • GCI Outdoor Comfort Pro Rocker Chair
  • RTIC 40oz Essential Tumbler

All prizes are awarded “as is.” No cash substitutions permitted.
Alcohol prizes will be awarded only in compliance with Ohio law to individuals age 21+ with valid ID.

3. TICKET INFORMATION

  • $10 — 1 Ticket
  • $20 — 3 Tickets
  • Maximum of 200 tickets will be sold

Tickets may be purchased online through approved Screamin’ Demons Sports Group platforms.
Each ticket will be entered into the drawing once. Duplicate or altered tickets are void.

4. DRAWING

  • The drawing will take place once all 200 tickets are sold
  • Drawing will be conducted LIVE on Facebook via the official Screamin’ Demons Sports Group page
  • Winners do not need to be present to win

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION

  • Winners will be announced during the Facebook Live drawing
  • Winners will also be contacted within 48 hours via available contact information
  • If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner

6. COMPLIANCE AND LIABILITY

  • All federal, state, and local laws apply
  • Void where prohibited
  • By participating, entrants release Screamin’ Demons Sports Group, its officers, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance
  • The organization reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary

7. USE OF FUNDS

All proceeds support Screamin’ Demons Sports Group programming, equipment, and facility development.
